The actual registration number is L1 MDY.  This reads as LIMO I, see above. The plate above was not designed particularly well and could be far more spectacular but it gives you an idea of how wonderful this registration could look on your Limo.

The plate can be applied to any vehicle registered after 1993/4 on a L registration,

so it should be suitable for most vehicles.  It is an offence to display a registration plate incorrectly.
